About CEO
Kazuo Funaoka
Graduated from Meiji University in 1988.
As a HR management officer in a major supermarket chain,
he is involved in recruitment, employee training,
promotion management, welfare, editing internal newsletters,
and establishment of special subsidiary company
for employment of people with disabilities.
In 1997, he joined a recruitment process consulting company.
Mainly in charge of the in-source recruiting support business,
he managed and consulted recruiting projects for more than 100 companies.
After that, he worked as the head of the HR system development business,
and in August 2015, he started his own company
“Jaunty Services, Inc.” that has existed up to now.
